Police Officer Domestic Assault, keeps weapon, shares baggies of pot at local bar with DCF workers, celebrating taking away kids from good parents with lies ... what was so blatant in 2006, is it now just old hat ... cops going to wrong house, digging in garbage and finding crack cocaine smoking materials, and drugs, in Mayor's trash, cops stealing drug dealers' drugs and cash ... would a high percentage of Connecticut cops still test dirty for drugs and alcohol, even while on duty, still, or has there been any changes since 2006 ... are cops still too drunk and high to answer 911 calls depending on time of day after noon ... is it all a cover up for payolla, is DCF used for retaliation even if it is a police officer dropping a dime on a bad officer ... ?
