Help!! Kern County in California judges, officers, clerks, and county recorders are criminals. My brother is in jail as I type and his fundamental rights have been violated to a high degree by every officer of the court. Please contact me at leenjd@gmail.com. He was found guilty of a DUI with no tests, blood or any other test, they threatened him, kidnapped him for exercising his rights to not speak. He has filed many motions and motion to disqualify the judge and they have all been denied. Help! This county is so corrupt it is a gross perversion of our legal system.
Don't think Randy Kelton checks this blog for messages. Don't think attorneys troll here for clients. This blogger has issues with attorneys as I believe there is no quality control, there are no checks and balances. Lawyers serve themselves and the state first. As long as there is no obligation for lawyers to serve their clients, there is no incentive to. Suggest you word search Barbara C. Johnson.
