Barack's New Year Resolution?

I would like our new US President's main concern to be to stay out of prison, by having to report the misdeeds of his predecessors.

Resolution #1

I would like Obama's New Year Resolution to be not to go to prison for misprision. Definition of misprision:

1. Maladministration of public office.

2. Neglect in preventing or reporting a felony or treason by one not an accessory.

3. An act of sedition against a government or the courts.

or

Contempt; disdain.

If US President is aware of any felonies, rigging of courts, rigging of investigations, covering up of evidence, the manufacturing of evidence, obstruction of justice, treason, war crimes, etc. of the Bush/Cheney crime syndicate, Obama would also be guilty of crimes and should face prison if convicted. If Obama doesn't want to come clean, maybe he should be the first sitting US President to face prison for crimes committed while in office, with Bush and Cheney following him to federal prison.
