World Bank/Chinese Intelligence used 1960s ROTC to recruit double agents/sex traffickers? (Conspiracy Theory?)

My father was number 6 out of 7 kids growing up on a family farm. My Grandfather did not have enough to put my father through North Dakota State University, NDSU. My father joined ROTC and agreed to join a "program" to graduate in 1964. 

International Big Pharma just isn't about legal medications and operations. The CIA is famous for farming out wet and other work to Saudis, Israelis, China whomever. If guns need to be confiscated in the USA, I do not put it past them to hire the North Korean Army to do the job.

CIA, military intelligence, covert operations and the World Bank allegedly used the ROTC to recruit what they needed to do a skim on taxpayer dollars especially during wars. Chemists had security clearances, and chemical companies would do Top Secret Security details and tracking on cargo shipped back and forth from military secure chemical facilities, banks, clandestine human experiment labs, and court, police, or official government brothels for their sex, child, narcotics trafficking and money laundering.

Being tied up, raped in the butt, humiliated, and then made to take part in at least watching Native American mothers and young girls to get tied up, humiliated, tortured and forced to perform sexually on the ROTC recruits and there may have been sexual torture of infants and even the consumption of blood as part of their rituals. There are migrant Mexican workers that would be up North during harvest season as well.

Weekend drinking binges in remote cow barns where other ROTC would guard perimeter was allegedly a regular thing.

World Bankers make the a lot of money due to abandoned property and accounts due to mass amounts of death during wars. Companies like Monsanto get Nazi Chemists, administrators as part of Operation Paperclip in 1946 and China was the go to country to do the money laundering and to facilitate all their espionage, sex and drug trafficking, and money transferring needs.
