US Police have Carte Blanche to rummage through your cellphone and computer

I am currently watching CNN. They are talking about a recent US Supreme Court decision.

So, if you are a crime suspect, your privacy can be completely violated during a "witch hunt". No warrants are needed to completely violate what used to be your Constitutional rights pre-9-11. I assume anyone in the US can now be held without charges, a release date, and possibly in secret, so a "little" privacy violation is the least of our current concerns.

To randomly read text messages, listen to voicemails, and rummage through private and business computers are some good tools for thugs in a Police State. Police can operate as organized crime, White Collar Criminal Banksters, drug lords, and can perpetrate citizen abuse and domestic spying as did the best in Nazi Germany and former USSR, but with modern tools not even dreamed of.

I proposed legislation to elected officials in the State of Connecticut, Civilian Oversight of Police to deal with police misconduct and their refusing to protect and serve on laziness and their whim, and court reform. This was pre-9-11. I was placed on the Connecticut State Police "Enemies List", arrest on sight. At roll call, allegedly, at Troop C, Connecticut, State Police, I was a target to lose my Stafford Springs rental properties, my contracting business, and be set up for a false arrest and prison to retaliate for my political and free speech activities.

I was railroaded to prison. So, this latest development is a concern to this blogger.

My story can be found by clicking the link at the bottom of a post about the drawbacks of reporting crime to the FBI:

Are Police, Government Official, and Judicial Worker Unions needed to rig investigations and court cases for a Police State?:
