Yesterday, as forerunner to the DCRally2007 being held today, members of Fathers-4-Justice scaled the Lincoln memorial.

Click HERE to watch the video. The police appear to be engaging in unnecessary force despite an obviously peaceful demonstration. They also appear to be pushing people videotaping the arrest and the person standing on the Lincoln memorial—this may be a violation of first amendment rights.
