If Connecticut sets the precedent, you can now be arrested for being a political activist out in public.

A political activist can be anyone that advocates anything that is popular or not popular with the powers that be. But, even police officer wanting ethics and to his or her unit to actually protect and serve those that pay their salaries could now be in the sights of the Secret Police.
