A staff member of the Helsinki Commission - set up to promote democracy, security and human rights - has accused Florida Rep. Alcee Hastings of repeated unwelcome sexual advances, touching and retaliation. The former co-chair of the commission, as well as the commission itself, has been slapped with a sexual harassment lawsuit by a watchdog filing on behalf of Winsome Packer.
